Firstly, what is a preorder?

Placing a preorder means that you are purchasing something now, and waiting for it to be finished production before it gets shipped to you! Preorders help us know exactly how many items to order, and help us fund the entire collection! It also allows you to secure your item, so you don't need to worry about them selling out!

When will preorders ship?

☆ For enamel items, such as pins and keychains, we estimate around mid-september! They may come sooner, or later, depending on production speed! Any unexpected delays will be posted to keep you up to date. 

☆ Stickers + Prints are estimated to ship early August.

☆ Any other items purchased alongside your preordered items will only ship when the preorder is ready. If you'd like other items sooner, please consider placing a separate order.

This means that if you order pins and stickers, although your stickers might be here, the pins may not! As a small business, we can only ship one order as only one shipping fee has been paid. 

Can I cancel a preorder?

☆ Preorders cannot be refunded. Once you order, we have that item made just for you! If you'd like to cancel your preorder, please make sure you do so within 48 hours of placing your order.

How do we know when our order ships?

☆ Just like all other orders on our shop, you will get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships!

How would we know about delays?

☆ Any delays will be posted on this blog post as an update, or posted on our social media. However, we've run a lot of preorders and I doubt there will be any significant delays. :)
